Employees pay the full cost of this voluntary benefit via payroll deduction.

You are not required to be enrolled in a major medical plan offered by Genesys to enroll in accident insurance through Aflac in most states. However, in the state of New York you will be required to have medical coverage in order to enroll in this benefit. Aflac will request the name of your medical plan after you enroll. The required medical coverage can be through Genesys or another insurer such as your spouse’s employer plan or another source.
