Enrollment

Once you’ve reviewed your benefits options, it’s time to log in and enroll through BenefitsNow. Just follow the steps below.

Remember, if you are a new hire, you must enroll within 31 days of hire. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the next annual enrollment, unless you have a qualifying change in status.

Employees with a qualifying change in status have 31 days to make relevant changes to their benefits through BenefitsNow. See When Things Change for more information.

This information routinely updates the benefits system. Contact [email protected] for assistance with the Genesys Oracle updates.

To make your elections during Open Enrollment, you will choose the Annual Enrollment tile.  If you have experienced a qualifying life event and need to make mid-year changes, you will choose the Change Your Coverage tile.

Step 4: Print a Copy of Your Confirmation Statement

Once you have completed your enrollment, you will land on the Confirmation page, where you can print a paper copy of the screen for your records.
